As i understand it, only the Elite of India is migrating, so to speak the highest in their caste system, as it becomes easier to migrate we will soon enough get the average of them

It may not be purely IQ and conscientiousness, it may be a combination of ethnic nepotism, sweet talking, cutting corners, and reducing costs below market rate, and then providing poor quality service. Ryan Faulk said that both Jews and Jeets aim to grab sinecures of power.
